Coming to Istanbul for Treatment: Planning Your Airport, Hotel and Clinic Transfers

Hair transplant, dental work or a cosmetic procedure – here is how to plan the rides between the airport, your hotel and the clinic so the trip runs smoothly.

Most medical trips to Istanbul follow the same pattern: you land, settle into a hotel, visit the clinic one or more times, and fly home a few days later. Each of those moves is a ride across a large, busy city. Planning them together, rather than one by one, takes a lot of stress out of the trip.

Before you fly

  • Get your appointment schedule from the clinic. Ask for the date and time of every visit, including the first consultation and any check-up before you leave.
  • Know your hotel. Many clinics book a partner hotel for you. Note its exact name and address.
  • Count everyone who travels. Companions ride with you at no extra cost because the price is for the vehicle, but we need the right number to send a vehicle with enough seats and luggage space.

Arrival day

Give us your flight number when you book. We follow the flight, so your driver adjusts to the real landing time. After passport control and baggage claim, your driver is waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. If you are tired after a long flight, the ride is simply a quiet trip to the hotel.

Clinic days

Traffic in Istanbul changes a lot during the day, so we set the pick-up time from your appointment, with a margin for the route. If the clinic moves an appointment, let us know – or ask the clinic to tell us directly. Many clinics already book their patients' rides with us and can change them for you.

Going home

Departure-day timing is covered in our article on travelling home after treatment. In short: leave plenty of time, keep your clinic's instructions to hand and let us carry the bags.

One booking for the whole stay

You can book each ride separately online, or send us your full schedule through our contact page and we will arrange all of them at once. See our services for the vehicles and routes we cover.
