Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Istanbul Transfer Shuttle handles the personal data of passengers, website visitors and the people who contact us. Our notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 is in the Personal Data Protection Notice.

What we collect

• When you book: name, phone number, e-mail address, flight number, pick-up and drop-off points, date and time, number of passengers and any notes you add.
• For the journey report: Turkish law requires passenger transport companies to report every trip to the Ministry of Transport's U-ETDS system. For this we may ask for each passenger's name, nationality and ID or passport number.
• When you write to us: what you send through the contact form, e-mail or WhatsApp.
• When you visit the site: technical data such as your IP address and browser, and the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it

• to carry out your transfer and contact you about it;
• to meet our legal duties, including the U-ETDS report, invoicing and accounting records;
• to answer your questions and handle complaints;
• to keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• the driver who carries out your transfer (only what is needed for the journey);
• the clinic, hotel or agency that booked the transfer for you, if any;
• public authorities where the law requires it, such as the U-ETDS system;
• service providers who host our website and send our e-mails, under a duty of confidentiality.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires (generally 10 years) and contact messages for up to 2 years. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted where the law allows, and object to its use. Write to the e-mail address on our Contact page. We answer within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
