Cancellation & Refund Policy

Changing a booking

You can change the date, time, address or flight details of your booking free of charge by contacting us with your booking code, as long as the request reaches us at least 12 hours before the pick-up time and a suitable vehicle is available. If the change means a different route or a larger vehicle, the price is updated and agreed with you first.

Cancelling a booking

• 24 hours or more before pick-up: free of charge.
• Less than 24 hours before pick-up: the full price of the transfer may be charged, because the vehicle and driver have already been reserved for you.
• No-show: if you are not at the meeting point within the waiting time in our Booking Terms and we cannot reach you, the full price is charged.

To cancel, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail with your booking code. A cancellation is valid once we have confirmed it to you.

Flight cancellations

If your flight is cancelled or diverted by the airline, tell us as soon as you know. We will move your transfer to the new flight free of charge or cancel it without a fee.

Refunds

Bookings paid in cash to the driver need no refund. For bookings paid online by card, any amount due is refunded to the same card. We start the refund within 3 working days of the cancellation; depending on your bank it may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.

If something goes wrong on our side

If we cannot carry out a confirmed transfer, or your driver arrives so late that you have to make other arrangements, you pay nothing for that transfer and anything you have paid is refunded in full.
