• Do not enter false information, try to access areas you are not authorised for, or interfere with the working of the site.
• Partner and management panels may only be used by the people we have given an account to. Keep your password to yourself.

The texts, design and logo on this site belong to Istanbul Transfer Shuttle or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent. Photographs are for illustration; the vehicle sent for your transfer may differ in make, model or colour within the type you booked.

Prices and availability

We try to keep prices, routes and other information on the site correct and up to date. If a clear error appears in a price, we will contact you before the journey and you may cancel free of charge.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site available, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction; consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts determined by law.
